How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Delivery Time

We offer both paid & free shipping worldwide on all orders. Our estimated delivery time for free shipping is between 4-30 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 4-30 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. See the chart below for estimated delivery time to your country.

Shipment Processing Time

After your payment is verified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delay (delayed by 4+ days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. Note: most items will be sent separately.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Fees

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties. For more information about our refunds please visit our Refund Policy Page.
