We have both the Free and Paid Shipping Methods.

You will get to choose which option is best for you. The Free shipping method usually takes longer time to delivery, while the paid method is much faster and better.

Free shipping methods usually takes up to 21 days to deliver while, Paid methods take between 3 – 14 days, depending on the services selected.

In other to make sure your goods get to you safely, you must create an account to track your order.

So, the answer is YES! you need an account to place an order. We don’t accept guest purchases.

How Do I Place an Order? How can I Pay?

To place an order, select the product you desire to purchase and add to cart; Proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upright corner and click “checkout” button.

After entering your shipping details,  either you login to your existing account or you create a new account; Then select a payment method to complete your purchase with a successful payment.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track you order, visit the Track My Order page and follow the instruction there to track your order.

My order won't go through, what should I do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. Please make sure internet use is enabled in your card details. If your payment won’t go through, make sure you have:

  • International & internet use enabled from credit/debit card provider (we process orders in dollar, $)
  • Sufficient amount of funds to complete the purchase
  • The same ZIP code in your shipping address as with your credit card provider
  • Latest browser version

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@worldmarketsquare.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com.

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the euro/dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I only received one item from my order. Where is the rest of my order?

We ship most items separately to avoid extra customs fees, duties and taxes to our customers. You can expect to receive the missing items very shortly.

I still haven't received my order! Where is it?

Our shipping time in general is 4-30 days. To find country specific delivery time information, visit our shipping info. If you have not received your order within 40 days of your order shipment, please contact us to our email support@worldmarketsquare.com.
